Amenities
  • Can I reserve the pool for a party?
    The pool can be reserved for parties, but permission must be obtained in advance along with a deposit.  Fill in the Amenity Center Reservation Form which can be found by clicking on the Documents/Forms link from the main webpage.  Please be sure to read the form carefully for a list of restrictions.

  • How can I get access to the pool for morning swim?
    From the main webpage, click on the Contact Us link. Select "Pool Access" in the Send To pull down. Fill in the form and in the large dialog box write "Adult Swim Request" at the top and include your pool tag number.
  • How do I report a problem at the pool or other common area?
    Please fill out a repair request form for any issues with pool, tennis courts, playscape, common area sprinkler issues,  and streetlights.

    Please fill in all the requested information and submit.  If you are signed into the website, your name and contact information will be automatically filled in.
  • What do I do if my pool key isn't working?
    From the main webpage, click on the Contact Us link.  From the Send To pull down, select "Pool Access".  Make sure you fill in all the requested information.  In the large dialog box, enter your pool key tag number.  This is a series of numbers and/or letters printed on your key and your home address if you didn't list it above.  Be sure to enter your phone number and/or email correctly as this is how you will be reached with a response.
  • What are the hours of the Amenity Center?
    Tennis courts, playing field, and playscape area are open from 9am-9pm daily unless there is a special HOA approved event.
    Pool is traditionally open from Memorial Day to Labor Day from 9am-9pm daily.  Early swim hours are from 6-9am daily with special access required.

General
  • How can I tell which properties are in FCIII HOA?
    If you want to see which properties within Forest Creek are within FC III HOA boundaries, please check out the Master Plan map on the About Us link.
     
    If you want to see which properties have and have not executed their inclusion document to join FC III HOA, check out the FCIII Properties In/Out of HOA map on the Meeting Minutes link.  Must be signed in as a HOA member in order to access this map.
  • When are assessments due?
    Jan 1, April 1, July 1, Oct 1

Modifications
  • Do I need HOA approval to make changes to my home?
    Yes.  You need to get approval for changes to your home.  This list is not intended to be an inclusive list, but just a few examples of changes which require approval:
    • moving, staining or altering your fence
    • addition of playscape, shed, patio, covered patio, pool
    • painting/staining any exterior part of home any color other than the original color
    • replace shingles with anything other than original shingle color/type
    • addition of sidewalk
    • addition of sprinklers
    • major landscape changes
    • addition of gutters, shutters, window screens, ...
  • How do I get approval for modifications to my home?
    Please fill out the Architectural Control Committee Form and submit it to Plateau Property Management using the contact information at the bottom of the form.
     
     
    Please submit your application to the email/fax/mailing address listed on the ACC Request Form with plenty of time to allow the ACC to review your request before scheduling work to begin on your home.  The ACC has 30 days from receipt of the request to review the request and provide a response.

  • How do I report a violation?
    Please fill out a General Restriction E-form to report a violation.

  • What happens when I report a violation?
    The following document details the actions that are taken once a violation has been reported:
  • Who can report a violation?
    Any resident can report a violation of the CC&Rs, Lawn Standards, or other HOA rule.  Please fill out a General Restriction E-form to report a violation.

  • Will my neighbor know who reported them for a violation?
    All violation reports are treated as anonymous.  We ask for your name and contact information when you report the violation in case we need additional information from you or in case you request a follow up status update.

Website
  • Can I add an event to the website?
    Yes, you can add an event to the website.  Click on View All Events in the Upcoming Events information box on the main page.  In the Upcoming Events page, click on the Add New Event link on the upper right-hand corner and follow the directions.  A web administrator will have to approve your event, so please allow time for that processing.
  • How do I change my password?

    Log into the site and then click the 'Your Profile' link on the top left.  Fill in your new password in the 'New Password' and 'Verify New Password' and click Submit.

  • How do I register for the website?
    Click the Register button on the top left.  Fill out your information on the form and submit.  Your request for registration will be verified and approved within 24 hours and an email will be sent to you with your username and password.
  • What do I do if I forget my password?
    On the main page click on the Login link.  On the Login page, click on Forgot Password link, fill in your username or email associated with your account and click Submit.  Your password will be sent to you automatically via the email address associated with your account.  If you don't receive an email with your password in 10 minutes, check your spam folder.
  • What do I do if I forget my username?
    Click on the Contact Us link from the front page.  Use the drop down box and select Website. Fill out the information and submit. Your username and password will be reset and a new password will be emailed to you.  A Web Admin will have to manually find you in the system on Mon-Fri, so please allow time for this.
